Sprite S2160 size 18 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 black. Body of thread ribbed with fine silver wire. Indian hen black cape hackle. Note – this pattern is attributed to Courteney Williams father. It can be fished dry or wet and in all sizes. The correct dressing has a few whisks of the hackle feather as a tail, but I have never bothered and have had a lot of trout on this pattern.
