Hends BL599 size 16 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 black. Body of chartreuse holographic tinsel wrapped over thread. Two tips of natural peacock sword herls tied. Starling hackle. Comment – not sure about the peacock sword tips. Although they have an attractive colouring they are very flimsy. I can probably achieve the same effect with Krystal Flash pieces.
