Kamasan B100 size 14 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 purple. Body of thread wrapped with purple embroidery silk thread. Mallard hackle from the wing tied in reverse. Note – the mallard feather is a useful substitute for the Snipe hackle as it is much stronger and very forgiving in the water.
