Hends BL547 size 14 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 dark brown. Body of hook wrapped with lead wire then wrapped very tightly with Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift flame (271) wool. Hends salmon pearl scud back fastened over the back and ribbed with hot orange wire. Note – the ribbing could be a bit more uniform but it will still catch. The wool underneath is ‘roughed up’ to simulate legs.
