Kamasan B175 size 12 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 black. Golden pheasant topping for the tail. Body of two natural peacock herls ribbed with silver wire, followed by an Indian hen black saddle hackle. Indian hen white cape head hackle. Note – this pattern was created by Ian Hutcheon of the Orkney Islands as a variant of the Black Pennell.
