Body of one double strand of Jamieson’s of Shetland Autumn (998) spindrift wool, twisted and tightly wrapped then ribbed with gold wire. Body then ‘roughed up’. Following the body tie in two wraps of hen pheasant back patch hackle, followed by two wraps of a cock pheasant ‘Church Window’ hackle. Following the hackle varnish well the gap between the bead and tie in two natural peacock herls.
