Kamasan B120 size 14 hook. Textreme 8/0 standard chocolate thread. Few hen pheasant hackle fibres for tail. Body of one strand of Jamieson & Smith marled yellow (121 mix) 2 ply Shetland jumper weight wool wrapped tightly. Thorax of hen pheasant back patch aftershaft feather doubled and wrapped several times followed by two turns of a hen pheasant hackle from the wing. Comment – very much an experiment but I think the thorax will create a lot of movement which will be attractive to the fish.
