Hends BL599 16 hook. Uni-thread 8/0 yellow. Body of thread well waxed with dark coblers wax and ribbed with fine gold wire. Indian hen furnace cape hackle. Note – the late Dr Malcolm Greenhalgh reckoned the spider version fished better than the winged version.
