Hends BL700 size 12 hook, Uni-thread 8/0 camel. Few olive hen hackle fibres for the tail. Body weighted with two short lengths of lead wire along the shank, then dubbed with olive Leicester sheep dubbing, which is ribbed with clear mono. Thorax same as body with cock pheasant tail wing case and legs – swept back.[Note – this dressing is my version of one of Gordon Fraser’s. He was author of ‘Mastering the Nymph’, which is a must buy for any Stillwater nymph fisher. The book was published in 1987 but the dressings still work!]
