Kamasan B175 size 12 hook. Semperfli 12/0 black classic waxed thread. Under tail, tie in GP Tippets dyed red. Over tail, few fibres of a natural cock pheasant tail feather. Body of UNI-Mylar pearl ribbed with fine silver wire. Followed by Indian hen cape hackle dyed claret then Indian hen natural grizzle hackle. Comment – this is my version of a dressing by George Barron given in his excellent book, ‘At The End Of The Line’.
