Sprite S1800 size 8 Streamer hook. Uni-thread 6/0 black. Body of copper Mylar tinsel ribbed with bright copper wire then varnished. Underwing of black bucktail with 3 or 4 strands of black crystal flash. Overwing of orange bucktail with 3 or 4 strands of hot orange Krystal flash. Comment – this pattern was created by Bob Church in 1985. Apparently it worked well in the colder months on a sinking line but in July and August fished on a slow sinker 3 or 4 feet down it was similarly successful. [Note – the original dressing did not have Krystal flash tied in]
