Body of Vicuña black dubbing from their dry fly range ribbed with fine silver wire. Indian hen black cape hackle, two wraps followed by Whiting Brahma hen mottled grey cape dyed golden olive hackle. Comment – this dressing is my variation of the Partridge Kate by George Barron detailed in his excellent book, ‘A Fine Line’.
