Kamasan B180 size 6 low water salmon fly hook. Uni-thread 6/0 black. Silver tinsel for third of the body followed by UNI-Floss black for the remainder. Whole body ribbed with silver wire. Wing of sparsely tied black bucktail tied long. The head is varnished with Veniards black cellire varnish. Comment – this pattern originally tied in 1950 by Rocky Schulstad for Newfoundland salmon. Apparently it will catch salmon anywhere.
